Darrell Williams

Coaching Career

Biography

Auckland centre made his Test debut against Australia in the 1985 Trans Tasman series before coming to Manly and playing in the club's grand final win over Canberra in 1987. Cut by the Sea Eagles at the end of 1993, Williams felt he still had something to offer the game, signing with P’matta. Williams, who was appointed to the NRL Judiciary Tribunal in 1998, coached Samoa in the 2000 World Cup competition.
