Frank ‘Parky’ Fuller lived in Ingham his whole life. As a young man he played for local team Lifesavers RLFC, represented at Foley Shield and coached during the 1970s. His football career during the 1950s was interrupted by National Service in the RAN. Parky’s proudest rugby league moments were representing NQ against France in 1955, winning premierships with his beloved Lifesavers RLFC and watching his son John play for NQ Marlins during the 1990s. He maintained a collection of memorabilia from these times. A passionate rugby league fan his entire life, Parky sadly passed away in 2018, aged 83 years. (by Kerry Garbutt, daughter)
