    A very underrated player. One of the better hookers to play in the Winfield cup in the eal 90's

    A little bit of trivia: Ellam played the most times in the no 9 jersey for the Penrith Panthers in 1991. The year they won their first premiership... He is now one of the leading Behaviour teaches in Western Sydney.

    Had a solid kicking game and his hands were always busy when in dummy half. Should have played more first grade games.
